This structure ensures that the community and its facilities are well-maintained for all residents, now and in the future. You will be asked to sign a deed of management which sets out how the village is run, what services are provided and who pays for what via the service charge.

Your service charge covers the upkeep of communal areas and facilities, including:
• Landscaping and grounds maintenance
• External building maintenance
• Lighting and cleaning of shared spaces
• Security and estate management
• On-site management team and village services
This means you can relax and enjoy your retirement without worrying about the day-to-day upkeep of your surroundings.

An assignment fee (sometimes known as a deferred management charge) contributes to the long-term management, refurbishment, and upkeep of the village facilities when you sell your property. It ensures that the community remains well cared for for years to come.

The village is managed by a dedicated management company, Block Management UK Ltd, responsible for maintaining buildings, grounds, and services to the highest standards.
